These Terms of Use govern your use of TorsaaData4u, a fintech infrastructure platform operated by Dikoder Recording Studio. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and all actions performed under your account. You must immediately report suspected unauthorized activity.

4. Wallet Rules

TorsaaData4u uses a prepaid wallet model. You are responsible for funding your wallet before transactions. Wallet balances can only be used for permitted platform services and may be restricted for risk, compliance, or security review.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices and fees may change over time. Refund treatment is governed by our Refund Policy. Successful and correctly delivered services are generally non-refundable, while failed delivery and duplicate payments may qualify for refund or wallet credit.

6. Service Availability

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Downtime can occur due to maintenance, provider outages, network constraints, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Third-Party Provider Disclaimer

TorsaaData4u relies on external providers for payment processing, messaging, and telecom/data fulfillment. Although we use routing, retry, and fallback controls, some failures may result from third-party systems outside our control. Dikoder Recording Studio is not liable for third-party provider failures beyond reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dikoder Recording Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Total liability for direct claims is limited to amounts paid to the platform in the three months before the claim.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, abuse, compliance risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes are subject to competent courts in Ghana unless applicable law provides otherwise.
