1. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be granted for failed delivery after successful payment, or verified duplicate payment for the same transaction intent.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Transactions that are successfully delivered are not refundable. Orders completed using correct user input and confirmed fulfillment are final.
3. Refund Method
Wallet-funded transactions are typically refunded to wallet balance. External channel payments may be refunded to original payment method where possible, otherwise wallet credit may be issued.
4. Processing Timelines
Review target is 1 to 3 business days. Approved wallet refunds are usually immediate to 24 hours. External channel reversals depend on provider timelines and may take 3 to 10 business days.
5. Verification and Abuse Controls
We may request transaction references and verification details before approval. Fraudulent or abusive claims may be rejected and can lead to account restrictions.
